Need help error message Empty Need help error message

downloaded the Zip file, ran the updator and a " cannot find the file .C39" error pops up while the updator is running, any idea on what i did wrong, or how i can fix it?

wow nevermind im an idiot i put it in its own folder instead of putting it over the OS
