Updater probs Empty Updater probs

I launched the "old" updater, it can fully download. When I launch it, nothing happends.

I tried to new updater.
I can download 1/4 but when it extracts next it says: data cannot find the file c.39

I already tried to download the new updater for 2nd time but didn't work either.

So what can I do about this?
