More Lapises

Hi, I was wondering if we could have more lapises that cannot be found from npc. For example flash lapis,lucky lapis, dual5's, ele2 (maybe), debuff lapis (maybe) or even make lv8 lapises out 
etc..that only drop from bosses only so it will encourage pvp more as both factions have more to think about other than 70 gear and weapons.
(Edit) Or also if not from the boss, why not introduuce lvl8 lapises through ranks? 5k kills for like 20 lvl 8 lapises of choice or something like that. It should encourage more to pvp to get these lapises!
